We are happy to invite your club to attend the 23rd edition of our International Rhythmic Gymnastics Friendship Competition!

Bergen is the second largest city in Norway, beautifully situated on the west coast and easily accessible by plane, train, boat or bus. We hope you will join us here for the 23rd edition of our annual tournament in Rhythmic Gymnastics, we are looking forward to seeing you in Bergen!

 

The competition hall is Turnhallen, height: 8 meters

 

Each delegation may include:

8 gymnasts

1 coach

1 judge

For the gymnasts:

Alternative 1

Private accommodation with host families for free. All meals included.

NB! This year we have a maximum capacity of 20 gymnasts. We distribute the places according to when we receive the registration., so we recommend that you register early if you want this option.

Alternative 2

We can book rooms for the gymnasts at a hotel, rates will be sent upon request. The gymnasts will cover the costs for the hotel themselves if they choose to stay there. The organizer will provide all meals from Friday to Sunday.

For judges and coaches

We cover the costs of accommodation in hotel for 1 judge from each club from Friday to Sunday. The delegations must cover the costs of accommodation for coach(es) themselves. Any additional persons must cover the costs of staying at the hotel themselves, but we can assist you with the booking of rooms.

 

Travel

The delegations must cover the costs of travelling to Bergen themselves. You will be met at the Flesland airport or at the Bergen Central Station.

 

Registration fee

There will be a registration fee of 50 Euros per gymnast which must be paid in advance. This includes all meals, banquet and transportation to/from airport and competition hall during your stay.

Departure of delegations

The last award ceremony is scheduled for 15.00 (3 p.m.), so we recommend that you depart from Bergen no earlier than 17.00 (5 p.m.). There is only a 15 minute drive from the competition hall to the airport.

 

Important:

Those who need visa to Norway, please send us detailed information as early as possible. This should include full name, birth date, passport number and travel details.
